Default Will DRW conversion effect Stabilitrak?

I have read that converting my 15 passenger van to dual rear wheels will make it less prone to rolling over. Can anyone tell me what effect this conversion would have on Stabilitrak if any? Or, where I should look for a definitive answer?

Thanks

I have a 2011 Express 3500 15 passenger.

In my opinion. You van is fine with 15 people in it. The dual wheel upgrade thing started here after a fiery rollover with a van that had way too many people on it. As if that is the van's fault.
I would not bother unless you are converting to carry more cargo like a cube van.

Sounds like an expensive modification. Might as well trade up to a 4500 with a small bus body on it.

The biggest problems with passenger vans are improperly inflated tires. A 3500 van should have 80psi in the rear and I believe 55psi up front. Check the sticker on your door jamb.

Every so often you hear about church vans flipping over and what not. These vans sit for weeks, tires become underinflated and dry rotted. Then all of a sudden they are loaded to max gvw, put on the hwy for hours and 70mph. The van is not going to handle properly and you risk a blow out.

If I were responsible for transporting 15 people the van would have the best E rated tires and pressure checked weekly.
