Default 97 Gmc Jimmy

My mom has a 97 Jimmy and the starter went out today, I pulled it out took it down to autozone and picked up a new one. After spending an hour and a half putting it back in the truck dont start. The starter is working fine but I dont hear the fuel pump kick in at all. I have tried unhooking the battery for a while to clear the ecm but that didnt seem to do anything. I checked all the fuses in the drivers side panel, all the fuses were good. I dont know if there is another fuse for the fuel pump other than the one in spot "9" or possible a relay somewhere. If someone knows where it might be or has some other ideas asto why the fuel pump isnt working it would be great, thanks in advance.
