Default Aftermarket cooling fans

Okay im a noob but here it goes. I have a new 350 i just put into my 88 caprice and I'm looking to buy electric cooling fans I want either two separate 13 inch 1560 cfm fans or dual fans both will be coming from jegs. I was wondering if the two 13 inch set up will be to much weight for my aluminum radiator. Which would be better.

Thanks so do you think it should be best to get the dual fans with the shroud or use my existing fan shroud with the two separate 13 inch fans.
