On December 11th 2009 I was pulled over for not wearing my seat belt and issued a citation.
The problem is; I was wearing my seat belt the whole time.
I was hoping the on-board diagnostics report (SDM) may provide proof that I was indeed wearing my seat belt.
<o> </o>
Does the SDM record this information? If so, does it provide a time stamp?
How do I retrieve the information without buying a GM Tech-2 PRO kit?
<o> </o>
Thank you, Paul

They know they run the risk of a serious accident or a traffic citation, but they do it anyway. Those with the claim that mandatory seat belt laws is believed to save lives agree "buckling up" a nuisance and serves no useful purpose.
