Default Clock radio stays on and drains battery

I have a 99 C1500. When the ignition is off the clock stays on and drains the battery. The only way i can fix this is by pulling the fuse. Any suggestions

Default

Factory radio? Bad radio. Replace
Aftermarket radio? Crossed wires, with Accessory and Constant power.

And it should not be using enough current to kill the battery overnight.
