closed or open chamber pistons????
i have some speed pro pistons that i got with my 454 but im not shure if they will work or not. how can you tell if they are open or closed chamber pistons... the tops are flat and they have the valve clearance grooves on 1 side???

just got some more info on them... part number H727CP, .060, size point 2.14 from top of head...??? will these work with my heads they have the casting number of 10101140

ya i checked summit found the pistons but they dont say weather their open or closed chamber...i looked up the heads and their closed chamber

sorry not able to posts pics...only have the net on my cell phone...ive tried 3 diffrent browsers and i cant upload a pic on a single 1 of them... oh well thanx anyway ill just try 2 figure it out for myself and if that dont work ill put it 2gether and try it out to see if it hits
