Default ecotec running lean

I have a 2006 HHR that has been running bad ever since the wreck. For a history of the crash it was a front end collision and I picked up most of the parts used and spend a few weekends putting it back together. From the first time I scanned to I got a p0171 and p0300 and it ran like it had a cam in it. So I checked the plugs first they seem fine. I checked all clamps and hoses involving the air box and induction system. No more p0300 code but I get the p0171 every so often. It has a ruff idle that comes and goes with the ac off only and being in or out of gear makes no difference. The only thing I notice is it jumps in and out of open/closed loop even when fully warm and my fuel trims are staying around 20-25 and hit 30 every so often. I’m kind of lost of what else to try. Any help is much appreciated and thank you in advance.
