Default Fixing a seized engine

I have limited money and limited time.
The car (89 chevy caprice) ran out of oil then overheated. Can anyone give me advice on how to do this fix myself instead of paying a shop to do it?

If you drove it till it seized its junk now. swap the engine 'cause that one is finished!
