Hard Starting
I have a 99 GMC Serria Classic 5.7L and it is hard to start. In June I put a new fuel pump on and 2 weeks later I had to put another one on because it was hard to start and had no power. Now the truck is hard to start but still has power. Seems to be worse in cold weather. Once warm it starts fine. Could it be pump or something else?
