How to remove fuel filter from 2003 suburban

Do i need a special tool to unlock the fuel filter.It looks like my fuel filter is locked. Any one got any advice.

go to advance or autozone or watever and ask them what size fuel filter tool you need. i replace a lot of fuel filters and they arent fun. but better than ford. its simple on these chevy's just take the filter tool and it unlocks it.
