Greetings Sunup welcome to the Forum !

Beyond the straight forward advise about doing the Hoses as well, if you have a ShopVac handy, you'll probably find debris in the tubes. And, it's a good time to do a System Clean/Flush before you pull the Core, and of course consider replacing the Thermostat, Water Pump or other Hoses if necessary.

Good Luck.
