Default malfunctioning cornering lamps

I cant figure this out. On my Cadillac the right side corner lamp works but the left side doesnt. New bulbs both sides. I cant figure it out. People keep saying it is in the steering column, the turn signal switch, ok, great BUT why does the right one work and not the left ESPECIALLY when they ALL share the same ground. I get no power out of the socket. They should share the same fuse and relay.

I got the manual so I m going to have to see where the ground distribution is because something is odd. ALL THE LIGHTS WORK are grounded at the same junction but only the Left cornering doesnt work. Odd...

What do you think?
