sayin hey ...with bad prob, i have 90 sub with rebuilt 350tbi short block & 700r4 i installed both bout 3000mi ago about a week ago i changed my oil castrol gtx 10w30 then yesterday a small annoying tap is coming from the bottom of my engineor tranny area ...so i thought easy torque converter bolts loose or so i thought to no avail...re adjusted passenger bank lifters no help...and the sound goes away off idle...any help thanks

also new oil pump pressure runs around 20 psi at idle and 30 psi on the gas

well think i figured it out thought the fly wheels crcked all round the bolt ...funny it still started

Be careful not to overtighten the valvetrain/lifter adjustments. Better to hear a little slap than to be scorching your valves...
