Plug and wires don't come into the picture as there is no spark coming out of the distributor toany of the terminals.

How are you testing this ??

Know good wire connected to cap then other end close to ground.

Did a substitution test on the ignition module. Still no spark.
There are no traces of any spark on theinside of the cap or on the rotor.

Either something is not allowing the coil to charge and discharge or it's the coil itself.

It's fairly straight forward ; the pick up coil times when the spark is to happen and signals the ignitionmodule to allow the the coil to discharge .

Have a 1983 c10 I replaced the ignition module and the rotor and the coil have fire to the coil but nothing no spark no start. Could the ignition switch be bad? Replaced pick up coil as well.

If you have power to it, and I assume it will crank, then I'd not suspect ignition switch.

Default No spark

I have checked everything replaced coil ,pick up coil, module and the only thing that starts my truck is jumping a and c then it fires right up .any help would be appreciated!
