Default Replacing the Driver's Seat

Okay, I've decided that rather than trying to fix that front seat (I'm pretty sure it's beyond repair) I'm going to spring for a "new" one I found at a local junkyard for $30. My question is this: how difficult is it to remove/replace? We're talking about a 1999 4-door Cavalier, standard driver's seat (no power anything). If I can manage to do this for $30 over a Saturday afternoon I'd be beyond pleased but the yard that has it makes you pull your own parts. I can put together a computer in five minutes but cars are not my forté so if you've done it, how involved a process is it?
