Default rod and main bearing clearance for 350 chevy

Me and my dad are plastigateing a 350 chevy engine and we did it and we got .004 clearance....is this right? too much or to little?

too much for driving on the street, racing it still a little to much.
should be .002 to .00250. rods mains .002
