Clean the inside of bolt head(the stripped part) so there's no dirt or debris. Try to wedge in an allen key.

The heads on the Torx bolts are kind of cheesy. If the Allen wrench thing doesn't work, just put a couple of drops of bolt loosener(blaster or liquid wrench) on the head of the bolt and keep tapping and applying a couple drops and tapping.

You could try to get a vise grips to grab on the head of the bolt, if you've got the room, but go slow if you get a grip, because these soft bolts will just twist off if you're not careful.

Try taking a small drill bit and drilling it into the middle of the bolt. Then take a left handed drill bit (sometimes called Eaze outs) and turn it counterclock wise into the hole you just drilled. It should come out if it is not torqued to tight.
