Default TSB details needed

How can I obtain the full text of a TSB? I am looking for the attached list of affected vehicles with regard to TSB 04-07-29-003. This TSB concerns a mis-machined transmission countershaft snap ring groove. The TSB was issued 10/21/2004 and updated in early December of that year.

This bulletin is being revised to cancel this bulletin. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number04-07-29-003A (Section 07 - Transmission/Transaxle).

[hr]

GM Administrative Message WIS20040011, dated October 21, 2004, announced the release of ASI bulletin04-07-29-003. The bulletin included a list of vehicles that required the technician to perform a specific transmission inspection procedure and, if necessary, replace the transmission. Subsequently, ASI bulletin04-07-29-003A was issued to correct a telephone number in the bulletin.
Through the analysis of additional suspect transmissions, GM Powertrain Engineering has now determined that the countershaft snap ring groove is within specification and that slight shift lever movement is a normal characteristic.
Therefore, ASI bulletin number04-07-29-003A has been canceled and no further inspections are required.
Effective immediately, transmission inspection claims for labor operation K9701 that have a repair order date later than November 30, 2004 will no longer be accepted for payment.
Any abnormal transmission noise concerns involving these vehicles should be diagnosed and repaired using currently published Service Information.
