Windshield wiper delay

Anyone having trouble with windshield wiper delay on 2007 tahoe? Windshield wipers work fine as long as they are on low or med. but the delay won't work.

I heven't had any trouble. You'll get better attention if you post in the specific forum. The Tahoe board is VERY active.
