Unhappy [2004 Chevy Impala] Front passenger window getting stuck/slow.

Timeline of events:
  • Front driver's side window stopped rolling up, could hear grinding from inside.
  • Took the door apart and saw the regulator had broken apart.
  • Pulled on some wiring while trying to get the motor within view to disconnect the power.
  • Verified the regulator was completely shot.
  • Driving to the local parts place, tried to roll up the front passenger's side window. Window sticks at 3/4 of the way up.
  • Worried but continued with work and replaced the entire motor and regulator assembly in the driver's side front door.
  • Sprayed the passenger's side window weathering with WD40 just to test.
  • Attempted to "help" the window up with brute force and button.

The coincidence is just too great to not ask... could anything I had done with the Front-Driver's Side door assembly and wiring have *anything* to do with the Front-Passenger's Side door power? It rolls up slowly until it gets to 3/4 of the way and stops.
