Default Please Identify This Part Of the Engine!!!

Hi. someone please tell me what the part circled in the picture is.

Also i accidentally stripped out one of the screws on the bottom of this peice ( second one from thebottom)and am wondering if that should be fixed. The other two screws are tight.

Not really, but I would put a smaller nut and bolt in there just in case.

Yeah I would fix that especially with front wheel drive. With out it the front fender will pull away from the rest of the body.
