Default Weird Headlight Problem Please Help

I have an 05 Imapala and i had put some HID's on it...Everything was going good until one of the HIDs blew out, so i put the stock lights back on, but now im having this weird problem. Whenever i turn on the lights only the driver side light is working. The other light is very very dimmed. At first i thought it was the bulb that might have stopped working properly so i bought another one. When i put it in i still had the same problem. Also another weird thing that i noticed is that my highbeams are on but very very dimmed as well. Well actually i dont have them on because the logo for the high beams arent on but they stay on all the time but very very dimmed. So its like i only really have one light working the other 3 stay on but dimmed. has anyone ever had this problem? any input is appreciated...

Id be very nervous to run HIDs on stock wiring. Your changes on frying them are pretty high.
