Default Swap Engine from '68 Bel Air

Hi guys!

I bought an chevy bel air 4 door with the V8 307 5.0L Engine and an automatic transmission but I'm dissatisfied with the car power, I think the engine is too small for a Full Size car so I want to do an engine swap from a 302 V8 to a 350 V8 5.7L but I don't know what I'll need to change to do that. So please help me.

And other question:

I'm rebuilding the 350 Engine but I want to get some HP's more without increase the Engine Size and if is possible without decrease the MPG of this Engine. Any idea?
