Default chevy problems

Within the last year car started stalling. I fix something it runs good then stalls out sometimes a day after sometimes months. I've changed fuel pump and filter, plugs and wires, throttle position sensor, cleaned mass air flow sensor, catalytic converter- shop did that. Any ideas for me. Been a great car until this. It has 195 km

How's the fuel pressure regulator? Rather than just replace it, try putting a gauge on the fuel rail to see what the pressure is. When it stalls can it be restarted right away or does it have to sit and cool down for a while?

It can start right away. It has good fuel pressure 33 psi. That should mean regulator is good, right?

Ever get any codes scanned? I don't remember what the steady pressure on the fuel pressure regulator is right now, but when you shut it down after running, it should hold pressure for a while. As I shut my 2001 off, the pressure immediately dropped to ZERO.
