Emission grommet on valve cover

I own a 2001 Impala with a 3.4L. I have recently changed heads and noticed that the rubber associated with the tube that fits on the back valve cover is very worn. I would like to replace this rubber grommet although I don't know what to call it or a part number for it. Any help is appreciated.
