Default Exhaust question for seasoned vets

New to the forum and hope this is/gets places in the right section. I am wondering why my exhaust sounds "clogged" up during the beginning of the start up? It's a 1971 impala sb 400 single exhaust. Bone stock all original. Last tune up was done 5 years ago (says second owner) is this a sign of a tune up being needed or something with the manifold?

Thank you
