Default P0650

Greetings... My 2011 Impala LT was recently involved in a collision (right font fender and right back fender). had everything fixed,but, the turn signals,high beams, blinkers, windshield fluid and fog lights DONOT come on. I checked all the fuses, all fine. PLEASE HELP!

Do they not come on at all or is it just not showing up on the IPC? A P0650 shows that there is a problem in the MIL control circuit.
