Default 2011 Impala Transmission Slipping

I have been having issues with my 2011 Impala and the transmission slipping for over a year now. I have brought it in several times to the dealer and have been getting nothing but problems. My transmission slips when I start to accelerate from a stop. Sometimes it hits softer than others; but most of the time it is a hard hit when it slips. Nothing showed up on diagnostics; Chevy told us one of the times we brought it in for this issue that we had 2-3 quarts too much transmission fluid in it. If that is correct, which I do not believe it to be, then it was that way when I purchased the vehicle less than a year prior to that time of bringing it into the dealer, as we never put fluid in it. This wasn't the issue the first time I brought it to them; the first time, I had to have something "cleaned"; which didn't fix it of course. We paid over 300.00 for them to change the transmission fluid and gasket to still continue to have the problems.
The Chevy dealer will still not do anything to fix the car because their computer says there is nothing wrong.
We finally brought it to a private transmission specialist who has been in business for over 20 years and it slipped during his test drives. He checked all diagnostics, dropped the pan and there wasn't any metal in the pan; made sure we had right dip stick, etc...did all checking to the transmission without dropping it. In his experience with the transmission that is in this 2011 Impala, he believes there is a Crack in the front drive clutch assembly. Which is something that will not show up on the diagnostic check. He told us to take it back to Chevy and explain to them what he said, etc. He was even willing to discuss the issues on the phone with them. This dealer would not contact him, they were rude about it. The parts manager of the dealer even personally knows this transmission specialist; but the service manager told us that since he didn't know him, he wasn't calling him. The worst of it, this Parts Manager WAS the Service Manager a week before we brought the car in AGAIN. They had a "lateral" change in management, so the Service Manager moved to be the parts Manager and this other guy took over Service. What GREAT SERVICE CHEVROLET!!!!

What is it going to take to get my transmission fixed/replaced? We have brought the car back to the Chevy Dealer we bought it at with hopes they will take the time for us to get this resolved. I will NEVER go back to the Chevy Dealer I originally started with and if this doesn't get taken care of, my days of being a Chevy owner will be done. This is insane how long this has been going on and how much help we CAN'T get.
