Title says it all. All rims are balanced properly. The shakiness is not specific to the steering wheel or seat inparticular... the whole car just feels a little shaky at those speeds. Ive had one front hub bearing replaced about 10,000 miles ago. Think the its the other one?

It could be your u joints on your drive shaft too,or could be a broken belt one of your tires.

Turns out that the tire shop that swapped my rims did not balance them properly after all.
