.question about heated seats

When using my remote to start the car the seat heater is not working the dealer claims that it should not and remote only readies car for when you sit in it, any comments?

The heated seats are set to come on when remote starting the car.
This is set up in preferences

Yeah, it should. Was your canada build or usa build?

I've yet to test this out.

Here's a video about remote start- and shows the settings near the end.

The dealer states that the seats don't come on at remote start but only gets the seats ready so they heat up faster once I get into the car.

They does not sound correct.
