Default Rocker arm torque

I found the rocker arm torque for 2005 3.4 to be 14 foot pounds + 30 degrees.
Some others say 10 foot pounds + 30 degrees
????????

As I'm not at home right now and so can't check either of my factory manuals for my Chevy V6's I did a quick google search and found a few references to 14ft.lbs. + 30° including one that included actual documentation.
