Default would you feel the dealer slighted you in this situation

my car had to be brought in from out of state and arrived sometime after 7pm on a thursday nite. i know because i was there signing papers and they said it didnt get there yet

picked it up 2 days later

here we are a few months later and my sirius mysteriously goes down in packages and stations are lost. i find out the radio was activated the day the car was brought in from out of state, not the day i picked it up and only reason i have radio now is free trial for everyone

the live chat person at xm was useless and refused even a 2 day extension. i mean, come on, im not asking for months free, just from the day i got the car in my hand. very fair!

if they are this much of hard asses for 2 days i cannot imagine what their customer service would be like i had a 'real problem' when i was paying.

and no i have nothing else to complain about today but ill think of something

maybe customer service will chime in on this site.

did you speak to the sales manager where you bought the car? They said what?

not worth the time for 2 days of free radio but just shows you no one cares about the little things. my onstar was messed up too but since i lost 3 months i did complain and get that resolved.

also the mgr at my dealer is a real #### and it was funny because i found out coincidentally after complaining to my friend about them, that they run a side business as well. my friend deals with that person on a regular basis and the owner is a real #### in the business. so the person is just miserable to deal with. its really not just me snide emails and not taking responsiblity. i dont need that for 2 days of radio

ill wait for a real issue to pop up to complain to them

its a dealer trade. how would the receiving dealer know when it was activated. all they would know is that's its working.

Why would you buy a car from someone who is a real ####. Give your money to someone you like. Makes no sense to me. Weird.

2 Days?

Seems like a lot of work for what amounts to maybe a dollars worth of value.

That equals about 3 seconds of my time.

Bigger fish to fry IMO.
