2016 My Link -Radio- iPhone 6 issues
iOS version 9.3.1. Malibu radio has been flash updated. When I make a Bluetooth call over my link I can speak for a few minutes and the radio begins to make a loud noise much like a tv on full volume with no channel. When this happens I cannot turn the radio off & must shut the car off to break the circuit. Occasionally, the my link page will black out, then come back. At times the radio screen will get blurry & be frozen. I have been to the dealer twice & showed them pictures of the blurry screen & a video of the radio freezing up. I got the song & dance about " it's your phone, it's Apple, or GM hasn't released a service bulletin on that yet, they know there is a problem, so keep checking back." Any suggestions? I understand how frustrating this is as you don't expect to run into concerns when purchasing a new vehicle. Have you tried our Infotainment team regarding this issue? They are our experts on the MyLink system and can be contacted at (855) 478-7767 from 8am to 10pm Monday through Saturday.
