AC Drain Clogged UP 2007 Malibu

There's no good way to access the A/C drain tube from the inside without tearing into the HVAC module assembly. From underneath the vehicle, you can inspect the tube that exits the firewall. If it's some sort of bacterial jel-like clog, you can poke a thin brush into the tube to puncture the clog. How did you come to this "clogged up" diagnostic?
