loud noise at front of car

loud noise at front of car
hello to everyone
im new on here so i just wanted to say hello, so anyway i brought a 2011 malibu last year, all was fine untill winter time, i purchase some new rims and winter tires and had them fitted to the car, since then there has been i thought very loud tire noise, so i have left it because i thought it was the tiress, anyway today i removed my winter tires and put my original tires back on, and guess what the noise is still there, so now im very worried what this could be.
the best way to discribe the noise is winter tire noise very loud tire noise, i jacked up the car thinking maybe it was a wheel bearing but there does not seem to be any slack in them, so could anyone else help me out with what it could be.
