P0446 Code on 2000 Chevy Malibu Help?

P0446 Code on 2000 Chevy Malibu Help?
have a 2000 Chevy Malibu With Engine Code P0446 (Evap emission control system vent circuit)
I changed out the I replaced the Purge Valve Solenoid down by the Evap Canister.
Still same Issue.
Anyone know how to test this?
How do I test the Vent Valve under the hood byt the egr? I think one end has a plastic tube that goes under the car to the evap canister and the other goes to the PCV on the valve cover to the engine.
Ideas? thanks

Ok I tested my Evap Purge valve Solenoid by the throttle body with a Vacuum Pump I hooked one end to the side where it goes into the valve cover. it held pressure so its good. Gonna look for a plugged hose down by the evap canister
