Default Good all-season tire for my Maxx?

My '05 needs tires. I'll need good traction in the winter but would also like the quietest tire I can get.

I use Toyo all seasons spring, summer and early fall and Bridgestone Blizzaks on steel rims in November to April. I don't think any all season tire would be any good in Minnesota in winter, since your winters are as bad as ours in Ontario.
The Toyos are nice and quiet, have a good ride and good handling in the wet. The Blizzaks are the best snow tire made IMHO. I've had them on my last 3 cars ('02 Altima, '04 Passat wagon, '07 Malibu Maxx) and haven't ditched one yet!
