Default Severe Misfire

I have an 06 malibu ss, 3.9L, i just recently changed the spark plugs 1,3, and 5. The numbers 2,4, and 6 are changed as well, but when the engine runs at idle for a minute or so, the traction control light comes on and the check engine light flashes. Anybody know what my issue is, i have a code that the fuel sending unit has high voltage output, was running fine before I changed the plug, theres a knock every few seconds and then runs smooth and knocks a few times and repeats that pattern.

I did not remove the plenum, but the air intake, i disconnected battery, so I could unplug the rear O2 sensore and the electronic distributor sensor and the, intake sensor as well as the connections to the alternator to pull the, harness out of the way, and I took off by accident the plastic vacuum line that connects to the intake into the cylinder head
