My dad had a 72 coupe for awhile until I was three years old. We've always been a corvette family but fail to own one at the moment. I plan on going to the annual Mecum Corvette auction in St. Charles, Illinois on the 26th and 27th of June. I hear stories all the time about how my grandma totalled a 63 Fuelie and they scrapped it. I also hear a ton of stories about my other grandpa's 1967 Vette Black on Black with the big block and sidepipes. Man I wish I coulda been alive back them to tell them to keep the cars and put me in their wills
Hey 92, Thanks for the kind words in the gallery. Not sure if or how to respond from there. Its a '72, last year for the chrome bumpers. Mostly original except for MSD ignition.
It's really been nice weather down here lately, been gettin a lot of seat time.
Nice looking truck, I got a 97 ext cab.
