Default 2003 Monte Carlo whistle

After I did a small tune up on my 3.4 v6. (Replaced plugs, air filter, oil and filter) my car started to make a whistle noise when I would accelerate at lower speeds. I could just not be able to hear it at higher ones. When the car is in park I can't get it to make the noise. Any ideas what could be causing this?

the air intake snorkel is not fitted properly or a pcv hose is disconnected is my guess. Did you switch from a factory filter to a cone filter?

I replaced it with just a regular one from autozone. I tried taking it out and running it and it still did it. I also checked all the plugs to make sure they were tight.
