Default 2004 Monte Carlo SS No Crank, Intermittent

I have a 2004 Monte Carlo SS that has an intermittent no crank problem. Battery is good, starter is good and crank solenoid is good. Sometimes goes several months with no problem sometimes just weeks. All dash lights come on but no crank or starter click. Let it sit for a while and starts with no problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should have said crank relay has been replaced. Also security light flashes on occasion when driving.

How old is starter? Next time it happens, have someone hold key in start position and rap starter with a hammer. If it starts, replace starter.

Starter is new, tried that one early on. I have been reading a lot about passlock issues. Is there a difference between passlock 1 and passlock 2? Owners manual says passlock is on the vehicle how do you know which version it is? Also passlock interupts fuel, I have no crank, does it affect that also?
