Default 350 rebuild help, 4 bolt main block piston in, bored 40 over

This is my first rebuild and I have a block but looking for advice with aftermarket parts. I have an 85 monte im gunna drop a 3t0 into. I have a block 4 bolt main, pistons in and bored over 40. I want ideally 350 to 400 horse. It will be a street vehicle. Just wondering on ideas for cams amd best way to build it. Ive been doing a lot of reasearching but prefer personal opinions. I want a nice deep rumble, and of course the faster the better this monte is a sleeper so the faster she goes the better it will be.

Thanks in advance
jessica

you could build the bottom end as much as you want but all your power will come from the heads. You could call summit and tell them what your wanting to do and they can help you with your cam configuration, and they should have a kit also for a top end kit. If you have a good machine shop near you they can build you a nice set of heads or you can order aftermarket heads like world product heads or aluminum.
