Default '93 Lumina Z34 transmission conversion

I have a Z34 that I am currently doing a light restoration on, and one of the issues is a leaking transmission coolant line. I've been messing with it for a bit, but I got to thinking about it today and I would rather have this car be manual. I need to make up my mind before I spend the time and money on new coolant lines, but I need a little help:

So fellas, the question I have for you is what kind of transmission can I run in this thing? I've read a little bit and I have sources telling me everything from a getrag 284 to a 4t60-E. Also, of the transmissions that will work, where can I find them and what price range am I looking at.

Bonus points to anyone who can tell me if this conversion will be any different from a typical auto-manual conversion. Thanks all
