Angry 2007 Suburban LT PO446 and unable to fuel up

Hello, I have a 2007 Suburban LT and we cannot get more than 1 gallon of fuel in it at a time. I have replaced the vent solenoid ( I assume it has been replaced before because the filter was routed at the filler neck) but still cannot get it to take fuel. I have tried different gas stations and even setting the nozzle on the slowest setting but it still clicks off. After it clicks off, I can hear fuel draining inside of the opening. I have a code PO446 circuit malfunction. This is driving us crazy during the winter months especially because we have to stand there and babysit the nozzle. Hopefully someone can help with this. Thanks

I believe there's a Technical Bulletin for this problem, it caused by clogging on vent solenoid and valve might be due to dirt and dust. You might need an update kit to replace the vent solenoid assy.
