Default gmc5599 Chevrolet 2010 Impala "engine hot/turn off ac"

Currently, I am having a problem with "engine hot/ turn off ac" I have had the thermostat replaced twice. The reset button reset and told to drive. Same problem. Sensor replaced. Same problem. Now I am told maybe electrical. This has been going on for months. In addition to the thermostat and sensor, in the past year I have had the blend door actuator replaced, rack and pinion steering replaced, power steering pump replaced. I am bleeding money into this car.

It could also be a partially clogged radiator. A good back flush could help. The engine block might also need to be flushed.

sounds like you have an overheating issue that needs diagnosed, when does it happen?
