Default 1948 chevy inline 6 235

is it worth it to fix a 48 chevy 235 inline 6? and bore it out and get valve work done? its just a project motor that i want to learn stuff on.

sorry its a 216, they didnt have the 235 until 1950

i'm gpin skip this build and do a 350 chevy thats in our 1978 k10, mods include oversized cam, double hump heads, bore .30, headers, intake, i'm told by a freind this is roughly 425hp it will eventully be mated to a 4sp manual saginaw tranny its a cast iorn beast i'm told, im goin for relibilty and strongest parts i can find, like axles of a 3500 on my k10 eventually.
