Default 1989 Chevy won't start after running out of gas

I went to the beach filled my tank. Came 1/2 way back went to the casino. Came back out and it didn't start and still won't start. I've changed my fuel filter. I have changed my distributor cap. I have changed my fuel relay. I have checked my fuel fuse. It is good. I have changed my ecm. I have no idea what else it could be. My fuel pump is working.. I think it buzzes when I turn the key. Any ideas?

Just because your fuel pump buzzes, doesn't mean that it is working. You have to check your fuel pressure and see if it is high enough. You can also spray some fuel into the throttle body to see if it runs for a few seconds. If it does then your fuel pump is probably bad.
