So when ever it gets and rainy out or even slushy in the spring my truck boggs out and back fires and my RPMS go up and down and feels like its not getting fuel or air. I've replaced the fuel filter, all plugs and wires, new distributer, new air filter, new battery, timing is good ( had it checked twice ) multiple oil changes as well as I use fuel treatment every other fill. Iv had 5 mechanics look at it but could not figure it out and at this point I am out of ideas other than to replace the fuel pump. Just to clarify the truck runs great in the summer as long as its not wet out and also runs great in the winter, if anybody has any ideas I am all ears any advice is greatly appreciated.

Wrap the distrubutor with plastic wrap or something to prevent moisture from getting to it. You can also when it starts acting up, pop off the distributor cap, hit it with WD-40 to displace moisture.
