I have just learned that my 2004 suburban does not have a cabin air filter. If this is true, which I believe it to be because there is no access door for the filter. How the hell to I get the nasty smell to go away when I fire up my A/C? Recently there was a horrible fire in my area and my A/C stinks. I can't handle it anymore......PLEASE! there has to be something that can be done. And if there is no access to any of that area....where do all the old leaves and and dead bug parts end up? Are they all just collecting in there, helping to hold in all the nasty odors? This is just wrong I tell you!
