Default Tiebreaker- May '09 ROTM!!!
Ok, The staff vote ended in a tie. This is an unprecedented and unforseen phenomenon, so we are amending the process by removing the staff vote rule and holding a tiebreaker in the open forum. This will prevent a repeat of this prolonged process.
